It was a golden weekend for Club Extreme Volleyball teams, with 8 of our 10 teams finishing in the Gold bracket and 3 teams winning their tournament ( congratulations to the 12R Sapphire 2022, 16A Sapphire 2022, and 17R Diamond 2022 teams for bringing home medals! ). We also had a standout performance from our 13A Sapphire 2022 team, winning the Silver bracket at the 2022 OVA Panther Challenge and their first team trophy.
We had some standout performances from players on the 16A Diamond 2022 and 16R Onyx 2022 teams…
- Cassidy Kilgore lead the 16R Onyx 2022 defense with 29 digs and 29 service receives
- Alayna Burrier pushed the 16R Onyx 2022 offense with 13 kills on 61 attempts.
- Maclain Stutz lead the serving attack for the 16R Onyx 2022 team with 10 service aces, adding 26 service receives
- Grace Telloni lead the 16A Diamond 2022 offensive attack with 15 service aces and 33 kills on 84 attempts, adding 7 blocks ( along with one displaced ceiling tile ).
- Mallory Mertic anchored the 16A Diamond 2022 defense with 101 service recieves and 62 digs, adding 9 service aces ( and one score table takeout ).
- Camden Dolan paced the 16A Diamond 2022 offense with a team leading 100 assists, adding 12 service aces.
