Stephanie has been coaching volleyball locally for over 20 years, both at the school and club level as well as several local recreation leagues. Stephanie served as Freshman Volleyball Coach for Massillon Perry High School during the 2009 and 2010. For Club Extreme Volleyball, Stephanie coached 14U American during the 2019/2020 season and the 15U American 2020/2021, as well as taking a 16U team to AAU Nationals in June 2021.

Stephanie has also coached softball at many levels. Stephanie was the Assistant Coach for the Plain Local Schools Lady Eagles from 2012 to 2018. Stephanie jumped in at the travel ball level as Assistant Coach for the Canton Coyotes 14U Softball team 2018. Stephanie has additionally coached multiple recreation leagues.

Stephanie lives in Canton, OH, where she lives with her daughter Olivia. In her professional career, she is in Accounts Payable/Receivable at the Plain Local School District. Stephanie is a graduate of Canton GlenOak high school where she was a 3-year letter winner in both volleyball and basketball and won numerous awards. Stephanie is a graduate of Kent State University, Stark Campus majoring in Business Management.
