For players at Club Extreme Volleyball for the 2023 season, we will be holding officiating classes to train players on serving as an R2, scorer, assistant scorer, and line judge. Players must complete this training, even if they have been in one of these roles in a prior season or with other clubs.

There is online training to complete before the in-person workshop. Instructions to complete the training are as follows:

1. Log in to your SportsEngine household account.
2. Click ‘View Profile’ for the player.
3. On the next screen after it has fully loaded look for a box titled ‘Ohio Valley Region’; click ‘View Details’ at the bottom of that box.
4. On the next screen, look for a button in the upper right corner of the screen titled ‘USA Volleyball Academy’; click the button.
5. Complete the four trainings listed:
   • OV23_101 OVR Junior Second Referee
   • OV23_102 OVR Junior Scorer Refresher
   • OV23_103 OVR New Junior Scorer
   • OV23_104 OVR Junior Line Judge and Assistant Scorer Training

The in-person workshop is on Sunday, December 11th, 2022. There will be two sessions

• 8:00 am -12:00 pm: 11U-14U Girls, and 15A Sapphire teams
• 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: 15A Diamond Girls, 16U-18U Girls, 16U Boys
